At V&V Real Estate and Associates, we make an effort to do business as “paperless” as possible. The reason for this is not because we are fanatical about the environment or going “green” – it is because it just makes sense. Going paperless saves everyone time and resources, and time is the most valuable resource on the planet.
New technology is constantly changing the way we do business, so it’s imperative that we stay on the cutting edge of this technology. Printing, signing, scanning, and faxing are about as out-dated as sending messages on horseback or by carrier pigeon. We don’t find it necessary or productive for people to pay for software that will be obsolete in 45 days with new updates every 15 days, so we encourage our partners and clients to use the free version of the FoxIt PDF Reader. There is even a portable version of this application which allows the user to install in on an external flash drive or on the memory card of a mobile device, to be able to use it on the go. |

By downloading and installing this free software, it allows the user to fill out the Pre-Approval form electronically right on the computer screen without ever having to print it out, saving time, paper, ink, toner, and more time.
if it didn’t save us a significant amount of time by eliminating hours of tedious, monotonous paperwork, we would not encourage anyone to use it. Download and installation instructions are provided below. |

Right-Click on the above link and select “Save Link As”, or “Save Target As” depending on which browser you use.
Then select a location on your computer to save the file where you can easily find it. |

Click the FoxIt link above to open the download screen.
Clicking the drop-down arrow will give you the option to choose a version that’s compatible with many different Operating Systems and even a Smartphone version as well. The default setting is the most common version of Windows. The next step is to click the “Download” link. |

When this screen pops up, click the “Download” button.

Locate the file on your computer and double-click the icon to begin the installation. |

Click Run. More windows will appear. Click next. Accept the license agreement and click next. |

When the screen below comes up, make sure to un-check the boxes for the toolbar and the home page.  Click “Next” a few more times then click “Finish” and the installation will be complete. |

Simply double click on the pre-approval form that you’ve already saved on your computer and now it will automatically open with FoxIt reader. You will notice the yellow highlighted fields where you can input information. Just fill it out the way you normally would, then you can Save the file after you’ve completed it and email it back to us. No printing, no paper, no ink, no faxing, no time at all, everything is now very easy. |
