I recently acquired a property with Rental4Income and the process was extremely smooth. I got exactly what I was told I was going to get. The guys at Rental4Income were very friendly and easy to work with, and were easy to get ahold of as well. When it came to the rehab part of it, they were actually under budget which saved me additional money that I wasn’t expecting to be able to save! The rehab that was done was excellent. The end result of the property looked better than I anticipated. The rehab was done faster than anticipated too, so the property was actually able to be rented sooner than I expected, which meant more money in my pocket! In regards to the property management, the property was rented almost immediately after the rehab was completed, and so far I’ve collected 10 months rent in a row. The entire process was streamlined and seamless, and I can’t wait to be able to afford to buy more properties and do this process over and over again with Rental4Income. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy property!!!
