We have implemented a Referral Program that provides an incentive to Investors when they introduce their friends, family, colleagues, or other acquaintances to us.
We have been fortunate to gain clients over the years on referrals from satisfied customers.
The Referral Program is our way of thanking you for the business we receive when you care enough to recommend us to your friends and family.
Ask the person you refer to us to fill out the Investor Profile Sheet and type your first and last name into the “Additional Information” text box.
When the new customer signs up as a V.I.P. client and becomes a recurring monthly buyer (minimum 2 properties), you will receive a credit or discount of $500 toward a future purchase.
If the referred client buys 5 properties that year, your discount grows to $2,500.
